By applying to and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Approval Required

Affiliate applications are reviewed and approved at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline or remove any affiliate at any time.

2. Commissions

Commissions are paid only on sales tracked through your unique affiliate link.

No commissions on self-purchases or purchases made by accounts under your control.

Commissions are paid after the refund period has passed.

Refunds, chargebacks, or failed payment plans will result in the reversal of associated commissions.

For payment plans, commissions are paid only as payments are successfully received.

3. Ethical Promotion

Affiliates must:

Represent Easy Book Launch™ accurately.

Avoid false income claims or unrealistic guarantees.

Clearly disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC guidelines.

Not present themselves as employees, partners, or representatives of the Company.

4. Brand Protection

Affiliates may not:

Bid on “Easy Book Launch” or similar branded terms in paid ads.

Use our trademarks in domain names or ad display URLs.

Alter official branding or create copycat sales pages.

Post links on coupon or discount sites without written approval.

All intellectual property remains the property of Easy Book Launch™.

5. Compliance

Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM and FTC disclosure requirements. No purchased lists or unsolicited bulk email.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Purchase through your own affiliate link.

Manipulate tracking systems.

Reverse engineer, copy, share, or resell the software.

Engage in an activity that harms our reputation.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate affiliate status and reverse commissions earned through violations. Terms may be updated at any time.
